Scope
These AGB apply to the completion of all orders of private customers with dirtyslips.com. All services provided by the online shop for the customer are provided exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions. Deviating regulations are only valid if they have been agreed in writing between dirtyslips.com and the customer.

By sending the order, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of VAT and include packaging and shipping within Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Shippement costs to other countries will be provided in check out.
Orders
Orders placed are binding. Unless otherwise stated, there is no right of return or withdrawal.
Payment and delivery
The payment is possible only in advance by Paypal or alternatively by credit card. The delivery takes place by A-Post in a neutral envelope to the address indicated by the customer.
Contract duration and cancellation
The offers of the online shop on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods in the online shop. By ordering the desired goods on the Internet, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. The order confirmation is sent electronically to the e-mail address provided by you.
This is a one-off purchase contract. After the product has been shipped, the contract is concluded for both parties (dealer and orderer) and only begins again with a new order from the beginning.
Secrecy
No customer data will be passed on to third parties. The address data will only be used for shipping. The given e-mail address will be included in the newsletter database.
Retention of title
Ownership is transferred to the buyer upon receipt of the payment on the account of the sale.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of revocation. Return of the articles is also excluded.
Warranty and liability
The owner of dirtyslips.com guarantees 100% that the items sold will be worn by her personally and as ordered. As soon as the product is ready for shipping, it will be sent by A Mail (within Switzerland). Unless otherwise stated below, any further claims by the customer, regardless of the legal grounds, are excluded. Any liability in connection with the offer and delivery is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Data Protection
The data transmitted by you will be used by us exclusively to process your orders. All your data will be treated strictly confidential. However, I accept no liability for data security during these transmissions via the Internet (e.g. due to technical errors by the provider) or for any criminal access by third parties to files on our website.
Copyright
The content and structure of the products published by dirtyslips.com and the entire Internet offering are protected by copyright. The complete or partial duplication as well as the electronic or by other means complete or partial distribution require the prior explicit consent of the owner. However, the use of pictures for personal use is permitted.

Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
The contractual relationship shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
